Welcome to LifeSaverHI! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing QR codes from our website (https://lifesaverhi.com/). By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with any purchase.

1. General Guidelines
  • This is a QR code-based tracking system designed to help accident victims communicate with family members. All family members listed in emergency contacts should be aware of potential alerts and remain vigilant when one is received. The service provider has no direct role in such interactions.
  • If a fake alert is received, it is the responsibility of family members to verify the situation by contacting the victim directly before taking further action.
  • Alerts related to wrong parking or towing will only be sent to the vehicle owner.
  • Your safety is our top priority, but verifying the contact person's credibility in emergencies is your responsibility. Saving lives is our core mission.
  • Our services rely on third-party providers like SMS, WhatsApp, and email platforms. Service disruptions from these providers may impact the availability of LifeSaverHI services.
2. Definitions
  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our” or “Cureent” refers to LifeSaverHI, the owner and operator of the website.
  • “Buyer,” “You,” or “Customer” refers to any individual or business entity purchasing products or services from our website.
  • “QR Code” refers to the unique digital code purchased through the LifeSaverHI platform.
  • “Website” refers to our online platform, https://lifesaverhi.com/.
3. Eligibility to Purchase

By purchasing a QR code, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You own the vehicle associated with the QR code and hold a valid driving license as per Indian Government RTO rules.
  • You will upload the RC book of your vehicle and your license during the activation process. If you cannot provide these documents, refrain from purchasing this service.
  • The QR codes are intended solely for lawful purposes. Misuse of the codes will result in service termination.
4. Product Description and Usage

The QR codes provided by LifeSaverHI serve specific functions:

  • Enable bystanders to share information during emergencies like accidents. By scanning the code, the bystander will be redirected to a LifeSaverHI page where they must:
    • Enter the vehicle's last four digits.
    • Take a photo of the vehicle’s live situation.
    • Input their mobile number and enable geolocation.
    • Complete an OTP verification process.
  • Upon verification, the system will send the photo, geolocation, and bystander’s details to three emergency contacts via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Emergency contacts will also receive the vehicle owner’s medical history (if provided) and insurance details.
  • Alerts for non-emergency issues like wrong parking or headlight warnings will only be sent to the vehicle owner.

Customers must stick the QR code on the front and back of their vehicle, activate it immediately, and complete the registration process by providing:

  • RC book and license details.
  • Three emergency contact numbers, ensuring the contacts save the alert sender’s details in advance.
  • Medical conditions, blood group, and insurance information for use in emergencies.
5. Payment Terms
  • Payments must be completed via the available methods (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly covered under the Refund Policy.
6. Delivery of QR Codes

After registration and payment:

  • You will receive a confirmation message and email.
  • The QR codes will be dispatched via post along with an activation guide. Tutorials are also available on the website.
  • For extra copies, QR codes can be emailed for self-printing at your own expense.
7. Intellectual Property
  • QR codes are licensed for personal use only during emergencies.
  • Reselling, distributing, or modifying the codes without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitations of Use and Liability
  • LifeSaverHI is not responsible for damages or errors resulting from misuse of the QR codes.
  • Third-party service disruptions may impact the functionality of LifeSaverHI services.
  • LifeSaverHI is not liable for indirect or incidental damages caused by its products.
9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

  • Non-delivery of QR codes due to technical issues.
  • Defective QR codes that cannot be used as intended.

11. Modification of Terms
